I would be obliged if you describe the “R” part area in detail and the reason why thickness of “R” is limited to 0.1mm without processing and is limited 0.4mm at the maximum with processing.

The neck part which R has more than 0.1mm interfere the housing pattern without processing.
And the confined neck part can't set R more than 0.4mm.

It is required to provide enough strength in an extracoronal attachment, especially in the neck region. The general prosthetic technology providing the strength is to set high corner R to distribute stress. However, corner R needs to be minimal to place components into the limited space in clinical practice.
