The new method needs an easy work almost similar to the other conventional methods when we make an inner cap. However, we need waxing up twice in order to make an outer crown. I think we have not a little bore to make the outer crown. Thus, can we make a smaller size of hole on the outer crown instead of a hole of the inlay and fill the hole with some resin composite?

Thank you for good suggestion. We thought the same design. But it is more better way to fill the hole with metal inlay than with resin composite for the resistance against the occlusal force and the flow of the cementing material.
